Are you looking for a new and exciting way to stay active, improve your fitness, and learn a martial art? Look no further than our Hapkido Program!
Hapkido is a Korean martial art that focuses on grappling, joint locks, and throws, as well as strikes and kicks. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a comprehensive training program that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Our week consists of Mondays Athletic kicking drills, Wednesdays Kick Boxing drills and four optional classes of Grappling, Patterns, Joint Locks and Sparring.
Our Hapkido Program is designed for people of all fitness levels, so whether you're just starting out or are an experienced martial artist, we have something to offer you.
In addition to improving your fitness and self-defense skills, Hapkido is also a great way to develop focus, discipline, and confidence. You'll gain a sense of accomplishment as you progress through our program, and you'll make new friends along the way.
Unlike many recreational programs available in our area, there is no off season or cycling through new bodies with new sessions. Please fill out the form below if you wish to be added to the waitlist. Do not make an assumption that we can guarantee you a spot in our program. Someone has to leave us before we can work our way down the waitlist.
