Our programming cycles through variations of powerlifting, bodybuilding and metabolic conditioning protocols that will make you stronger, faster, improve your body composition,  increase your mobility and stamina.

Increase Your Self-Confidence

 

By personalizing your experience within a small group we take away the guess work of how to get where you want to be from where you are now. You will receive positive feedback and support from a crew that shares your goals, as well as guidance from a qualified coach.

Process:

  • Initial Fitness Assessment:

    • for baseline comparison,

    • goal setting, establishing a start point towards making healthier and more active lifestyle changes

    • assessing metabolic rate and macronutrient requirements for upcoming training cycle,

    • determining 1RM for compound lifts, which are used to assess ideal load for upcoming training cycle.

  • Perform Cycle:

    • Training year (macrocycle) for the MMA Strength & Conditioning Program is broken down into 5 smaller cycles (mesocycles) that have their own goals, training protocols, and macronutrient requirements.​

    • This training program were developed with combatives and the martial artist in mind. Combatives and martial arts demands:

      • Explosive Power​

      • Rock Solid Core

      • Good slow twitch muscle fiber strength and endurance

      • both a strong aerobic and anaerobic system

      • High lean body mass

      • Low body fat composition

      • Dynamic and complex movements
