NO PREVIOUS MARTIAL ARTS OR EXERCISE EXPERIENCE?
We will determine the weights and volume of your lifts, show and explain the exercises and offer alternative progressions or regressions of each exercise where appropriate.
You will learn proper footwork, striking and kicking techniques.
Even if you never want to step into a ring, you can still have that MMA fighter body if you bring the determination!

Fitness and exercise science uses metrics to analyze your workout, diet and fitness level history to determine what works for you and to what extent.
Our Crew does a fitness assessment at the end of each mesocycle to make sure you are lifting the right load at the right volume to keep you on track.

Our program is broken up into mesocycles each 8 to 14 weeks long, with each cycle focusing on a different set of aspects of fitness and performance.
Each cycle becomes progressively more challenging to ensure that your body is adapting at a good pace.
The structure of our program prevents the workouts from becoming stale as we cycle through different modes of training that will see you making steady progress all year long.
