@ 6:00 to 7:00 am

& 5:00 to 6:00 pm

THIS IS NOT A CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASS,

WE LIFT THINGS HEAVY AND HIT THINGS HARD.

Our program is developed and delivered by an internationally recognized 5th Degree Black Belt and certified MMA Conditioning Coach, and together you will develop the habits needed to crush your fitness goals.

 

Classes flow from a warm-up, a compound lift with kettlebells (progresivly following strength protocols, but never higher than 80% 1RM) then moves into  kickboxing pad work. Thursday are focused on our core kicking foundations and metabolic interval training.

TRACK RESULTS WITH FITNESS & BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENTS

Fitness and exercise science uses metrics to analyze your workout, diet and fitness level history to determine what works for you and to what extent.

The workout is assigned each class, but memberships are maintained low enough so that we can tailor YOUR program as your body responds.
